If you’re moving your office or home please allow 10 or more working days to move your broadband. Inform Claranet SOHO of your moving date as soon as you are aware and we will work closely with you to ensure your connectivity is working as quickly as possible after you have moved into your new premises.
There are two ways a customer can move their broadband service whether they have ADSL or Fibre.
To connect to your dedicated server you need to confirm the IP Address of your server and also your root password. To get this information login to your control panel at https://admin.clarahost.co.uk. Once logged in click on your server on the left hand side of the screen and your root password this is under the “Overview” section and the server IP Address is listed under the “IP Addresses” section.
To add your email account to Apple Mail, you will firstly need to open Apple Mail by selecting the Mail Stamp logo on the dock station of the screen. Once open,Choose a Mail account provider and select Other Mail Account on the bottom of the list, then press Continue.
