Claranet SOHO Customers: Customer that have yet to receive a price increase in the last 12 months, we would like to make you aware of an increase to your Fees pursuant to Clauses 1.2 and 8.2 of our Claranet SOHO Terms and Conditions available to view at legal.

This increase shall apply to all Services and renewals, including those which are monthly renewals

Claranet has made an update to the webhosting platform upgrading the PHP version to 7.2. Claranet will be making the final change to 7.2 on the 17th January 2022 and PHP 5.5 will no longer be available.

This has been done to allow for the latest versions of Wordpress and, more importantly, for security of the platform and our customers data.

Our customers can switch between PHP versions 5.5 and 7.2 via the admin portal for your domain in the mean time for testing your website compatibility, your guide for this is below.

What to do Next:

Q: My website has gone offline since the PHP 7.2 upgrade
A: Check any error messages displayed in the browser and the PHP error log in the `logs` directory of your webspace.
Possible problems:

Claranet are launching a new Webmail on the 28th September 2021. Access to this can be found at the following

https://webmail.clara.net/

Once logged in customers will be able to switch to the new version via a link at the top. For the moment customers will be able to switch back to the old version

Claranet will switch full time to the new version at a later date
