If you have a ClaraHost hosting package with us you do have the ability to connect to your mailboxes via both POP and IMAP. By default, IMAP for your domain is disabled, if you want to enable this feature you will need to contact our support team. Once enabled, you can use the server imap.clara.net in your mail client with port 143 or with SSL on port 993.
If you have an email address ending in the following; @clara.co.uk, @dircon.co.uk or @freeuk.com, then unfortunately IMAP is not compatible with these services. POP would be the only feature compatible with these type of email addresses. IMAP is also not available on our legacy emails and hosting services but is available on all web hosting packages.
