What a breath of fresh air, a hosting provider that actually wants to listen to its customers and actually help. When we needed to change servers Claranet SOHO came up trumps again. I explained the problem and we were given a deal where we remained live on shared hosting while I setup and configured a Virtual Private Server in parallel. The whole process was totally painless and we successfully moved the domain name onto the new server with all the software and it ran perfectly.
