We hope this guide will be of use to you, it was built for illustration purposes using an iPhone running v3 software.

Clara do not provide helpdesk based support for setting up and trouble shooting email accounts on third party smartphones and pda devices like the iPhone and iPod Touch, however in this guide are some steps you can follow to configure your Clara email account on your Apple device, if they do not work you should to refer to the instruction manual for your device.

Important, any device connecting over a third party Wifi or GPRS data connection will need to use said parties SMTP server or if device permitting ours with smtp authentication enabled.
