At Claranet Soho we take the security of your websites and other data very seriously. To ensure that we meet our obligations to you as our customer we have a multi-front strategy in place, one part of which concerns the data centre in which we store the physical equipment. The relevant attributes of our data centre are listed below, so that you can see what measures we have taken to protect your data. Currently all of our customer servers are located in the Globalswitch 2 datacentre, which is situated in London Docklands.

We use a fully automated image based backup facility which copies and safely stores an entire image of your server for you to use should you so need. You can request this be set up from installation or enable it from your Claranet control panel.
