Claranet Soho always aims to make our customers’ lives easier so that they can administer their services when they need to. These tools enable you to manage the services on your account. We are currently running a comprehensive system development and platform migration program that will eventually see all of these different portals merged into one.
Hosting
Clarahost
This portal is for Clarahost customers who want to manage domains, create mailboxes or review web-hosting settings. If you signed up for BorderScout in the last 2 months you can also manage that service here, older BorderScout customers go to the BorderScout portal below
Corporate Shared Hosting
If you have older domain and web-hosting services that were set up before Clarahost was launched, use this portal to manage your POP3 mailboxes.
BorderScout
Administer your BorderScout account here if you signed up for the service prior to April 2010 (otherwise go to the Clarahost portal above). Customers on this older platform will eventually be migrated to the new so keep your eyes open for emails and announcements in the coming months.

Home Office
If you have a broadband or dial-up account with limited usage, you can view your usage and top-up if necessary. You can also amend payment details for any type of dial of broadband account
Netscalibur iPass
This portal is for customers originally with netscalibur who have the iPass global roaming service, to manage their account and view usage.
