Phone System Issues

Unfortunately, we are currently having problems with our telephone system. This is causing calls to be cut off within 30 seconds.

We are actively working on investigating and resolving this issue, if your issue is not urgent please try again later.

ADSL Major Service Outage Resolved

Claranet Soho has identified and resolved the recent ADSL issue with our service line provider and has confirmed that the service has now been restored.

Customers who are still experiencing an issue may need to power down their DSL equipment for 60 seconds before trying to reconnect. If this does not clear the issue then please contact our Support team via your usual channels.

Claranet's Network team will continue to monitor the platform to ensure the service remains stable.

Thank you for your patience and we apologies for any inconvenience this issue caused.

We are currently aware of a major service outage affecting our customer base.

Claranet's Network team have liaised with one of our service line providers.

They have identified an issue, which is affecting customers across the UK .

Claranet Soho has identified and resolved the recent issue with our DSL service and has confirmed that the service has now been restored.

ADSL Major Service Outage

There is a current Major Service Outage on ADSL at the moment our supplier has identified a root cause of this issue and has taken remedial action to restore service.

Your service should be coming back on line we would ask you to reboot your router and try your connection

DSL issue at the Faraday Exchange - Fixed

With regards to the issue at the Faraday Exchange in London, Clara net can confirm that no more DSL are being affected.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and there will be a further announcement when we have more details.

There is currently an issue at the Faraday Exchange in London, that is impacting broadband customers across the country. Engineers are currently investigating the issue and we will provide further updates as soon as possible.

If you are currently experiencing problems with your broadband connection, please try switching off your router for 15 minutes and then switching it back on again.

This should restore your connection, although incidents may reoccur, until the overall issue is resolved.

We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

There was an issue with our POP server that affect all e-mail services with Clara Net,
Our team investigated the issue and found the fault and rectified this.
An official announcement will be posted shortly.
