20 Hour Fix or Your Money Back!*
No provider can guarantee that your ADSL broadband will be working 100% of the time. There are too many variables (from storms to road works) that can affect your service on a daily basis.
What we can offer you is a promise to reinstate your service as quickly as possible.
In instances where this is not possible, our Enhanced Care customers receive a 200% refund against their monthly line rental.
From only £60 (ex VAT) per year, you get the following:
- A commitment to fix any broadband issues within 20 hours of being raised.
- 200% of your monthly line rental refunded,if the line is not back up within 20 hours.
Here at Claranet, we understand how frustrating it is when your broadband service stops working, and we always aim to get you back up and working as soon as possible, but we hope that you appreciate that - in some circumstances - this cannot be done as quickly as you would like.
In these instances, Claranet Enhanced Care comes to the rescue. We will endeavor to fix your line fault as fast as humanly possible and, if we don't manage, we will give you twice your monthly line rental as compensation.

Copper Broadband (up to 20Mb/s) - £60pa
Fibre Broadband (up to 100Mb/s) - £100pa
*Fix time is quoted in working hours (9am - 8pm, Monday - Friday).
